labor rates
- reactive and preventive service rates for existing clients are 120 an hour + parts
- same day emergency service rates +120
- minimum on site service charge is 90
- phone troubleshooting may be subject to applicable charges
- false start-not ready-false alarm-forgot to cancel events will be charged actual prep time for services + actual round trip travel + actual on site hourly charge + actual time unloading from prep + 120
- 1st time customers with emergency service requests and clients who are not on regular preventive maintenance plans – expect a 25% up charge on service total – a regular preventive maintenance plan is defined as per our agreement or once a year.
travel charges
- Travel under 1 hour – 40 flat rate
- travel at and over 1 hour – 120 per hour – one way – billed in 15 minute increments
- travel at and over 2 hours – round trip travel charge at 120 per hour
overtime/after hours charges
- After hours labor is 180 per hour
- after hours service charges applied:
- 7pm-7am daily
- weekends
- national holidays

fine print
In an effort to protect my busy schedule, my existing client requests and a work-life balance, I am adopting tactics that place value on my time and justify the way my time is used and accounted for:
- service cancellations require 24 hours notice. Cancelations within a 24 hour period may be charged a 120 reschedule fee
- waiting to do work onsite is considered work and will be charged the standard hourly rate
- Traffic delays are part of billable travel
- I reserve the right to charge extra if you tried to fix it yourself
- I reserve the right to charge extra for weirdness of any kind
- I may charge extra if I find myself working in a situation that I recognize is uncomfortable or dangerous
- I reserve the right to refuse service
